Thanks for all the help so far guys.

I'm still struggling with it.

I am uploading the 2 control files for sendmail.

RSJ0019.TXT - This is the "unsuccessfull" control file.

STATEMENT.TXT - This is the "generated" control file from outlook.

RSJ0019.TXT does not work because it does not have the "encryted" dialog as STATEMENT.TXT. It does send the pdf attachment with 0 bytes. Wheras STATEMENT.TXT works because it transports the encrypted dialog of the PDF file ( I think ).

So, if anyone knows how to get the encryted dialog embedded the the code it would be very helpful. I tried reading it as a .txt file and that doesn't work.
