"wish list" item for NUM2DATE Option

every now and then, need to generate a timestamp.

proposal:

NUM2DATE option 4 (GMT time) in the following format:

CCYYMMDDHHMMSS

this could be used as a time stamp for messages... logging items where a timestamp is handy....

Of course, this still relies on the correctness of the system clock when trying to do "tie-breaking" between systems, but it would be fast to grab the date and GMT time in one retrieval

an additional thought would be to support ISO calendar with ISO week numbers:

"The ISO week date system is a leap week calendar system that is part of the ISO 8601 date and time standard. The system is used (mainly) in government and business for fiscal years, as well as in timekeeping."

this is used in the European Union and is based on the idea that since Months have 28/29/30/31 days, they're a poor measuring stick... so they use the week of 7 days... each year has a whole number of weeks, each year starts on a Monday:
