When you get the Run As screen, at that time you should be able to enter Local Admin credentials which will then be used to finish the install. When Cosw is actually run it should have reverted back to the original user credentials.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
