I think the customer has dealt with all the workstations by now. I don't know if he tried "The following user" option. I give him a call.
But, I have a different example, server based, where "The following user" doesn't work. Only unchecking "Run this program with restricted access" works and it never corrects itself.
Server 2003 crashed with unknown problem on Thanksgiving weekend. The local IT support guy tried to get server up via fixes but something was always screwy with DNS and/or DHCP. Finally, he rebuilt the server from scratch. He installed Comet.exe (CAW host) from the \\server\comet share. He's a domain admin. Comet.420. They're currently on Comet.432 but the "Run As" still comes up.
There's no "Local Admin" on a server so I'm stuck on how to fix this one.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
