are these two FORMATs functionally different?

Is there any difference between these two FORMATS?

all I can see is that W2775 has the positioner before the field:
@(46,Y1);(TM);

and W2770 has the positioner within the semicolon (TM),@(46,Y1)

it's just that both are used, and I couldn't see why one wouldn't suffice.
