This is strange. You can run CbSetup.exe manually. It will install the drivers for the dongle. When it comes up, select "Install" at the first prompt. Then select "CRYPTO-BOX USB" for the device. It is necessary to install the USB drivers even if you are using a parallel dongle because the security server looks first for a USB dongle.
