We downloaded the Build 450 workstation install program. We installed the vcredist_x86.exe downloaded from this website.

When we run COMET.exe, we are now getting this error:

Cosw.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point TransparentBlt could not be located in the dynamic link library MSIMG32.dll

Any suggestions on what this error means? How do we correct so that we can get this user up and running on COMET? Thanks.
