This looks like a culprit.
Close local Comet and deleted TWDOCMGR. Ran CAW to the customer and received a 06/20/11 version. Deleted it again.
Ran local full Comet and got a 03/13/12 version.
When the 03/13/12 version is in place the red "X" is showing the "Delete All" problem.
My Vista PC only runs CometAnywhere and has the 06/20/11 version. All of customers PC's are probably running the 06/20/11 version too.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
