This is very strange. Since it's only a problem with the DELETE from the toolbar perhaps your TWDOCMGR is not up to date for some reason. This should be found in your $(CATOOLS) folder. I'd try erasing it (using Windows Explorer). The next time you run DocMgr it will be copied to there again from the current version in REL.
