Error 5: Access Denied

Ran the 0403.exe install on a Win2k server "over the top" of pre CometServerProducts install. Customer moved to Win2k from Novell in 2000. Installed to "c:\public\comet\comet server products" with parallel port dongle option. Install ran without errors. Rebooted server.

Comet Services failed to start automatically or manually with "Error 5: Access Denied" message. Reset the Security/Permissions on Comet folder to Full Control. No joy. Started Security and File manually.
