Robert. No experience with SAN use with Comet.

Just upgraded my development laptop new Win 7 64 with SSD drives. On old laptop, ran Winzip daily to ZIP my Comet files (about 2GB) and copy the ZIP to my server. Took about 20-25 minutes. New PC, under 5 minutes.

I'm considering extending server life by replacing local SCSI with SSD.
