Correct the configuration and/or network access rights and try again
Comet cannot continue

I'm now at the point that I can get the COMET console up, but only on the Server Console. I believe that this points to the access rights problem

what I'd like to do, though, is to eliminate any configuration problems first, since I can at least get into the File and Security servers from the main console.

my question is this:

I get a huge (should be 69) long list of directories telling me there's no QDIR.I00 entry there

so... to create QDIRs... is using QTILITY (38:QDIRBLD) the only way?

I got into QTILITY, but I noticed, for example, that only 3 Directories were visible (REL, UTL, and TMP)
