Admin privileges are required to install the Microsoft Redistributables. No getting around that. Perhaps the best way to get by that is to have someone with admin privileges manually install the redistributables on each Comet workstation. You can find the required .exe file by clicking on the "Download MS VS 2008 Redistributable (vcredist_x86)" near the top of the forum page. After that have the regular user run Comet 2012 to complete the installation with their own credentials.
