Once a print job has been Windowized (PDF) it's hard to go back to TXT.

Have you tried setting up a TXT archive in DocMgr. It'a a pretty good approximation of the old QSPOOL process. From there you can print to RAW printers. Have the jobs in question print to the new archive.

There are some PDF to TXT conversion programs on the net. Most (like Adobe) strip the spaces out of the print lines which screws the TXT file. One that doesn't screw the output file is "Doxillion Document Converter". They have a trial version.
