What I do see in your dump, is that your keyed file has the '.00' at the end of it (where the 20.00 should be).
That is a clear indication that the record was written with the full format. It may be that after your code wrote the file and the audit, something else modified or re-wrote this record using the full format.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
