BB:

thanx for the heads up

I don't know how to use a RegEx to find a string in a particular column, but is the # of asterisks that are displayed to indicate an error a consistent thing, so that as long as my code doesn't use "***********" (or whatever the magic string is) I should be able to find it?

BC (Before Comet) I had used other compilers that had things like ERR, WARN, INFO interspersed to make them jump out at you when reading the listing even in a simple program like Notepad.

Thanx

P.S. I guess that even though Lent is over, I'll have to give up making programming mistakes. I'll keep you posted as to how that's progressing....... :)
