The attached file is a code snippet from an end-user form email program. The program opens a PDF Email printer, prints the form which attaches as a PDF and then adds HTML email body combined out of a styled template and order-specific verbiage. My problem is that 1 out of maybe 500 or 1,000 emails is opened by the recipient with no email body. Just the correct SUBJECT: line and the attachment. I can't see any way that the code fails unless there's some way that an EOF is encountered even though the template file has just been opened. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the recipient email client settings. Email debugging is a bitch....
