They are in a couple of places. If you click on "Comet Logs" in the QMONITOR screen you'll get the Comet.log and CosP.log. There's also a $(LOGS) alias for this folder.

The Comet Services logs are in a LOGS folder under your Comet Services folder. Here you'll find CSecSrv.log, CometSrv.log, and the CFAMNetServe logs.

The Comet error log can be accessed from QTILITY #20 for both Comet16 and Comet32.
