error 9B

Error 9B is rearing it's ugly head again. I have checked everything Barb and Tom suggested - power options, nic cards, hubs, etc... everything checks out ok. This error (I have attached part of the Cfam log showing the error) only happens on one user - the user that is running a program 24/7 that is acting like a service checking for incoming jobs to fax and/or email.
