Sorry, I followed that thread on an earlier posting and that's not the issue. I've bumped the autodisconnect to xffffffff and they still get the errors right on schedule. I also have other new server installs at other users that have the setting as x0000000f and they are not getting the disconnects. So it's something else.
In terms of answering the original question, there is no user configurable setting for the length of the timeout?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
