As you might have guessed, Reporter sorting is done differently in Comet32. It's also done differently in the "new" Reporter. Unfortunately for you, neither of these solutions support image files.

So... Are they running these reports in foreground or background? If foreground, are they getting the "Gateway Device is not available for SORT. Wait OR Exit? (W/E)" message?
