C2003 vs Win2003

Our client has C2003 and is trying to upgrade the server to Win 2003 server. When trying to get the sysgen changed, (the IP address, etc), they get the following message.

Unrecognized System Platform(Windows Version), An upgrade to Comet or Windows may be warrented.
OK

Is there something that is different ?

I posted a message before they trid this, and got responses that indicated there would be no problem doing this.
