Jeff,

I have around 130 users. We are using both Comet and Comet Anywhere, as well as XAP. We have not done the migration to Comet32 yet, but some of our users are running Comet32 due to the pc's running Win7x64. In our environment, XAP is currently running on the Comet server. If we stay with Server 2008, then we will keep XAP on the server as it will be able to run Comet16. If we run Server2012R2, then I will create a new machine for XAP based on Comet16.
