I'm not positive but I think even back then we were using InstallShield to make the Server Install program. You might want to Google InstallShield and NTVDM crashes. You'll also need these MS .dlls, but probably not until later in the process: mfc42.dll, mfc70.dll, msvcirt.dll, msvcp70.dll, msvcr70.dll, and msvcrt.dll. I found this old doc....
