Any ideas on enhancing successful completion of KeyBuild

I've had problems getting a KeyBuild of a 49 Million Record ExtKeyed file

I seem to lose focus on the panel with the Progress indicator and so cannot discern anything from the blank panel.

I've let things run for nearly 12 hours when I believe it should take about 5 hours... I've also made sure that only one file is being rebuilt at that time (thought that might be causing the problem because of extended wait times causing time-outs)

I need a successful completion to get the control counts with which to compare the record counts from FILENT.
