I saw similar results when I first tried virtualization.
What I found, is that you need a special driver for the Network Adapter on Windoze servers.
I tried with Proxmox and with the VirtIO Windoze "patch" it worked much better.
VMWare also uses a special NIC driver VMXNET3.
Finally I gave up and opted for a metal server for Comet and kept the VMs for all the other servers.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
