COMET 2016 ERROR

I upgraded a user from Comet 2011 to Comet 2016 - Window's XP to Windows 7 32-bit.

Worked fine after testing. Technician finished up and turn over to user.

User came in this morning. Goes into Comet. Gets to main menu of DPAC. Attempts to go to a sub menu ( any sub menu ).

This appears in the C32Errors.log:
