Great timing on finding this. We are planning a REL release for Friday. This is actually a problem that you found way back in 2013. We fixed it in QMONITOR then but it looks like that was dropped when we rewrote QMONITOR. It'll be fixed in REL 17.00. In the meantime if you want to try the fix just add this line:
Print (#) Prog$
right before the Run Prog$ Dir=Dir$ at line 518 in QMONITOR.ibs.
