Things are becoming a bit clearer. I've sent you the Errorlog as a .zip file in a separate email. End-use has, within the past year or so, migrated to C32 for hosting CometAnywhere users (showrooms). The reason for this is that Quotations they issue needed to be Document-Imaged, so we had to make use of the MySQL connector. It seems that when this migration took place, a separate issue came up that hasn't been noticed because the error has silently been occuring via ACTIVATE. The showrooms enter Memo Samples orders. When the order is complete, the (old) code ACTIVATES the print program to generate paperwork. This process has been generating tons of errors on the ACTIVATED partition, the error having something to do with printing. I also see that TERMINATE has not been implemented on C32. So I've got to deal with a few things. Please let me know what the Errorlog is telling us.
