Comet 2018 on Windows Server 2003

I'm trying to install Comet 2018 on Windows Server 2003.

Installed CometServerProducts1802
Installed Comet2018Install519

Downloaded Comet2018Install519 into a folder \comet

In the comet folder I installed the most recent releases of the REL and UTL folder.

Trying to launch Comet.exe and get into SYSGEN on Windows 7 32bit Machine. The server is also 32bit.

Tried K:\comet\comet.exe /cfig
Tried K:\comet\comet.exe /cfig /32

Get this message:

An error occurred trying to start Comet (2). Please make sure that all Comet executables are in the initial directory.

I deleted all the COSW.INI files I can find including the hidden files.

I am logged in as Administrator.

I tried:

k:\comet\cosw.exe /pn=gp02 /32

Comet launches. I click on details to see the log. It disappears before I can read it. Not sure where to go to read it. Comet is gone also. This is the only log I could find:

I know I am doing something stupid or forgetting something. Just not sure what it is.
