Yes! You just need to define a second SERVER in your Comet.ini. If your problems are due to time sync, be aware that both the file server and the security server rely on a stable clock for the ping mechanism to work properly with the Comet client. This ping at specific intervals is used to detect any Comet clients that have shut down unexpectedly so their server resources can be returned.
