Sounds like Console.exe has been erased from %temp%. It gets copied there when Comet.exe starts up. You might want to read the discussion on the forum about Microsoft's Silent Cleanup option that is causing problems for some Comet users because it goes around periodically deleting things from %temp%. It was first reported as unexpected E30s when printing because CosP.exe was getting erased. If Silent Cleanup is implemented you might want to turn it off.
