Compiling with /32 Switch

REL and UTL 20.03

I am old fashioned and stuck in my ways.

I am trying to compile a program

!S #OSB,M2S
!O OSB,M2J
!L TXX,B,E
!R CED
!*

It compiles fine and runs fine without the /32 on my shortcut.

With the /32 on my shortcut ( and clients ) it compiles with 4 errors and notepad is launched for a file called OSB.LST with nothing in it. So I can't see what the errors are.

When I run the program with the /32 switch I get this error that tells me nothing.

DOS returned an error

I am confused and lost
