We have been using the email printer since it was first made available. Recently, and end-user has notified us that Sales Reports in .pdf format being emailed to their sales reps & showrooms were not going through. I got the exception report from our technical guy and it essentially said their was a duplication of recipients. The email was being generated to two recipients, but nothing has changed since forever. After discussions with the tech guy, it appeared that the issue was with more than one To: statement. So I went into my program, changed the second recipient email to CC: and installed. No more exceptions.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
