Having trouble with compile

I am having trouble with compile in Ultra Edit.

The directory alias for CATEMP is as follows:
C:\Users\DOUGPE~1\AppData\Local\Temp\CATEMP

The compile command for Ultra Edit is:
"C:\Users\Doug Pegg\AppData\Local\Temp\Console.exe" /c "%F" /t /R%r

I have included the CAPI list for the compile and the output window from Ultra Edit. I can't seem to produce a list for the compile.
I get the .tmp and the capi .lst files in directory IBS but no output.
