Problem with Comet Explorer

Any progress with the problems with Ultra edit compile. It is becoming problematic as I cannot do any changes as the compiler is not writing to the OBJ directory. It is more than a problem with the list option. Do I need to uninstall and reload Comet? I don't want to have to do this.
