Error 1002 indicates that CFAM is not running. It should be started up automatically when the first type "C" dir is encountered. Make sure you have cfam.exe in your Comet folder. It should have been put there by the install program. Also I notice that your startup details don't show connection to the security server. This should be just before the dirs are processed. Take the /SEC out of your shortcut. Isn't the security server running as a service anyway? Make sure you have a type "S" SERVER= record for the connection to the server in your Comet.ini file. The beta does not support installations without this.
