Steve - have you used qtility #32 to download/upload files from your system to your clients? I have a temp folder called xfer on both systems. I move all of my files to the temp folder using qtility #32 option 1. This puts all the qdir info into the qdir.cpy file. I then transfer the entire contents of the folder to the necessary machine. I then run qtility #32 option 2 and load them onto the necessary directories. This way the qdirs get updated correctly. Also, Jim allowed me many years ago the add additional options to the program that allow me to select files based on date ranges and file types. This allows me to select the programs I have changed within a certain date range and removes the necessity of manually keeping track of what programs I have changed. Since my typing and memory skills are only a few of the things that have quickly diminished with age, I've tried to use all the tricks I can to keep things as accurate as I can.
