I need printer help

I want to print 132 columns across on my laser printer. It did this in the past, but I had printer problems and re-installed the printer and lost this setup.
In the Comet printer font selection dialog box for 0 -Normal font I have selected Courier New 8 point for the font; 17 CPI for the spacing. I even tried restarting Comet. It insists on printing 80 columns across on the page.
I have two printers configured in my sysgen against this same hardware device - one is coded as RAW.
