Steve, I set mine up as "Courier New", "Size 12", "Spacing 17", "Lines 6", & Weight Bold.
If I am using "SelectSysFont" for windows printing I setup a variety of system fonts in my "COSW.INI" file. File is attached.
If I am printing to a "LPT" port I wrote a program "HP" to send the appropriate "hex" codes to the printer before I print. Source code is attached.
