1) The user name comes from IDFILE which is maintained by IDMAINT.
2) The program name comes from the program that closes the printer. Is your printer closed by Z rather than CLPW?
3) When you attempt to view the job, DocMgr simply launches the document file. Therefore, yes, you must have that doc's file type (such as .pdf) registered.
