I took that to mean that inside the office network the VPN'd PC had an IP of 2.100. Jim thinks that the VPN'd PC has the IP of 1.100 after the VPN does address translation.
If I'm right, then the Class C needs to be off. Or, the IP of the VPN'd PC should be moved or translated, via the VPN, to be in the 192.168.1.x range.
