I've been looking for a way to determine in an .ibs program the equivalent of doing a qtility #21 to see who may have a file opened and, even better, who may have a record extracted. I've been reviewing the documentation for Advanced Network Administration Tools and see a way of doing everything but what I am looking to do. I've done an enter 'snapshot' but that is not what I want. Is there a way to do this?
