No, I do not understand this. The executable in question here is cosp.exe. That program should have been installed on the server for all clients.
As far as I know, the only executables that are not handled by running comet.exe on the CometAnywhere client are the Microsoft DLLs. These can be found in our download/mailboxes ftp folder.
