The problem with that is if they don't log out, either they use the 'X' or with a remote site if the connection drops out.
Its not just CometAnywheer either, it is any session, if you close it down and then reopen it, it still has the global set.
I cant remember the various values of Runstate but it would seem that the force set global should be similar to or attached to it.
