The styles for making an edit control numeric-only and right-justified are ES.NUMBER and ES.RIGHT, respectively. You will find them in Windows.inc in the WDL folder.
If you want to assign these styles in DevStudio, open the properties of the control, look under "Appearance". You can set them to "true" there.
To get notified of a radio button being clicked, just check for a BN.CLICKED event on the radio button.
