Customer complains that when he prints a report on his laser printer it prints in compressed print.
I ask him to set System Font 2 [Expanded] to Courier New 12 point figuring I will change the program to select that font.
He makes the change.
Before I can even think about changing the program he runs the program and now the it prints as he wants it - 80 characters in 8 inches.
I made no change to the program.
What is going on here?
