I am running Comet 2006 Build 369 and COSW Client 2.58 (369) This occurs on all my workstations. They are a combination of Win XP Pro SP2 and Win 98SE with all updates.

It occurs with no other windows open and when there are multiple windows open. The Comet window never opens with focus.

The "Info about the latest Comet updates" is to the right of the screen and is in blue. When I mouseover it turns red, indicating it is active, but the Comet window is shown inactive (grayed caption bar)
