Just a general inquiry. At this point I have no way of being able to track this problem. It's currently being researched.
After upgrading to CometServerproducts611, CometWorkdstation2006, UTL0604, REL0605. Also, we upgraded the firewall to a Linksys (w/vpn and dual wan port support) model# RV042.
The installation is on Windows2k server (xeon, 2gig ram, raid5, dual teamed nics).
I've been getting some kind of timeout errors while talking to another application hosted on same server. The connection is via a Gateway (telnet) type connection. I have a program that exchanges information. It seems to work internally when I'm on the server. Lan request work 90% and with WAN type request, more connections get dropped than get processed.
The only two pieces that have changed are the firewall and Comet Upgrade. I might put the old firewall back in today and rule this out.
Like I mentioned, this is preliminary and I don't have much to go on at the moment, but just in case there are any details out there - it would be great to hear back.
