Ok, Twila shipped a new USB security dongle. It appears not to be working also. We inserted on (3) different computers and the light does not come on. Tested the USB ports with a thumbdrive and the ports are working.

Ran "CBSETUP" and "Cometsecurityserver606" and the dongle is still "NOT" recognized.

Where do I go from here?

I am completely lost. Is there a program to test the dongle?
